Response System in Case of Disaster
This is a diagram showing the flow of response in case of a disaster.
When a disaster occurs, it is reported to the Fire Command Post (CP) and the Chungbuk 119 Integrated Situation Room, and both organizations inform each other.
The Fire Command Post also relays information to the Organizing Committee Situation Room and issues commands to the Temporary 119 Safety Center.
The Temporary 119 Safety Center directs the Fire Suppression Team, 119 Ambulance Team, and 119 Patrol Team to carry out on-site activities.
Emergency Patient Transport Route
This is an aerial view image of the venue.
Entry to the venue is through the Rhythm Tunnel to the Main Gate, and vehicles are controlled in front of the venue.
Ambulance waiting areas are located on the roadside in front of the Korean Music Theme Pavilion and the World Music Pavilion.
The main routes circulate through the Outdoor Experience Zone, Intangible Heritage Experience Center, Main Stage, Indoor Performance Hall, Food Trucks, and BBQ Zone.
Key buildings within the venue include the Main Information Center, Operations Headquarters, Future Korean Music Pavilion, Industry Pavilion, and F&B.

Traffic Accident Prevention
This is an image based on an external map of the venue.
A bus parking lot is provided at the top, with capacity for about 70 buses, and visitors are guided to walk to the venue.
Visitors must pass through a ticket check before entry, and the road in front of the venue is operated as a 'car-free street,' prohibiting vehicle entry.
The main entry direction is guided to enter from the northern road.
