Ticket Cancellation and Refund Application Information

  • Subject to Refund Unused (un-entered) tickets
  • Eligibility (Individual) The original purchaser (based on the name of the depositor or cardholder) / (Group) The representative or agent of the purchasing organization
  • Application Deadline
    Until the day before the expo opens (up to September 11, 2025)

    NoteRefunds are not possible for applications submitted after September 11, 2025.

    NoteHowever, individuals who purchase tickets at the on-site ticket booth can apply for a refund for unused tickets until the end of ticket sales on the day of purchase.

    Expo Organizing Committee Application to the Expo Organizing Committee

    NoteYou need to mail or personally submit the tickets and documents that can verify your purchase history (credit card receipts, etc.) to the Expo Organizing Committee.

    NoteAfter the tickets are collected, the refund will be processed within 15 days.

    On-site Ticket Booth Visit the on-site ticket booth with the purchased ticket.
  • Non-Refundable Used (entered) tickets, partial tickets from a total purchase, tickets for which a purchase reward has been given, donated tickets, and damaged or lost tickets.
